SINGLE SESSIONS

It’s often the case that a single session of therapy is just what you need to offer new perspective or to help you reach solutions you hadn’t been able to consider previously. Sometimes it’s useful to just try out therapy or a therapist to see what you think.

Sometimes a single session encourages people to consider more therapy, whether this is at some point in the future or right away. It can also be helpful for some people to have occasional one-off sessions rather than more regular therapy. Others find they’re a helpful top up when a course of therapy has been completed.

Sometimes, though, just one session is enough in itself.

Single session therapy is appropriate for individuals, couples and families.

It’s often useful to have an idea of what you’d like to change.

Please mention that you are interested in single session therapy when you book.
